We will be using Remind101 this summer to better improve communication, especially on the days with possible inclement weather or pool closures. In addition to receiving pertinent weather-related news or class updates, you can also send direct messages to our Lead Staff. It's easy to join!

If you are a returning participant, you are welcome to visit your Parent Portal to register for new classes, make payments, or edit your account. Access your parent portal HERE
The Friday before your session is set to begin, you will receive a welcome email with first day expectations, what to bring, and other important information.
Please reach us at lturner@tridentaquatics.org if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Every child is different when it comes to the water, so we try our best to make registration easy and flexible. Our new LEVEL DESCRIPTIONS quickly capture your child's current skill level to best assess which level is most appropriate.
But don't worry, the instructors will evaluate the participants swimming ability on the first day of class. If the participant needs to move up or down a level, the instructor will notify you of any changes. We do our best to ensure children are placed in the appropriate group to optimize their time in the water.
Children progress at their own speed and it is common for a swimmer to remain at the same level for multiple sessions, even with perfect attendance. A child's confidence, as well as skill and strength development, are all important aspects determining the progression to the next level.
There are no make-ups for missed classes, whether your child is sick, out of town, or unable to attend. Your child may not attend a class at another time slot in place of the missed class. This is because there is an instructor to participant ratio that we follow.
Make-up lessons are only provided if Trident Aquatics has to cancel, such as in the case of inclement weather and will be offered on Friday at your regular class time.
Refunds will not be issued if the participant is unable to attend a lesson.
The lifeguards will close the pool if lightning is sighted and for any other situations the lifeguard deems unsafe. In the event of inclement weather, we will make every attempt to contact you before the start of your swim lesson so please ensure we have an up-to-date phone number on file and that you have joined our REMIND101 notification system.
